EQF-Timber: Für mehr Transparenz und bessere Vergleichbarkeit (dt./engl./franz.)
Beispiele für die Anwendung des europäischen Qualifikationsrahmens präsentiert
Bauen mit Holz hat in den vergangenen 30 Jahren in Teilen Europas eine beachtliche Entwicklung erfahren. Die wirtschaftliche Bedeutung des Holzbaus und seine gesellschaftliche Anerkennung haben zugenommen. Grundlagen hierfür sind gut organisierte Unternehmen, die stetige Weiterentwicklung der qualitativen und technologischen Standards sowie ein hoher Ausbildungsstand von Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern. Um die Qualifikationen in der Berufsbildung im Holzbau in Europa sichtbar und vergleichbar zu machen, hat sich ein Partnerkonsortium aus sechs europäischen Ländern zusammengeschlossen. Gemeinsam haben sie das Vorhaben zur „Entwicklung eines europäischen Qualifikationsrahmens im Holzbau (EQF-Timber)“ initiiert. Die Durchführung war für den Zeitraum von Januar 2020 bis August 2022 anberaumt.
Ziel des EQF-Timber ist es, die Berufsbildung und ihre Inhalte in den europäischen Ländern transparenter darzustellen und damit besser vergleichbar zu machen. Das hilft Zimmerern bei der Jobsuche bzw. Betrieben bei der Mitarbeitersuche in Europa.
Fachtagung in Köln: Erste Ergebnisse des EQF-Timber präsentiert
Auf der Fachtagung zum Thema EQF-Timber während der Messe DACH+HOLZ International im Juli 2022 in Köln wurden die Berufsbildungslandschaft im europäischen Holzbau, die Entwicklungsperspektiven der europaweiten Berufsbildung sowie die Perspektiven für bilaterale und multilaterale Kooperationsprojekte auf der Grundlage des EQF-Timber thematisiert. Zudem präsentierten die Partnerorganisationen erste Ergebnisse zur Entwicklung eines europäischen Qualifikationsrahmens im Holzbau (EQF-Timber).
Die am Projekt beteiligten Partnerorganisationen berichteten über praktische Beispiele der Nutzbarkeit des EQF-Timber für die Bildungsarbeit. Zugleich warben die Organisatoren um weitere Unternehmen, Bildungsstätten und Verbände im europäischen Holzbau, um den Austausch untereinander auf europäischer Ebene zu vertiefen und den EQF-Timber weiter auszubauen.

Examples of the application of the European Qualifications Framework presented
Building with wood has experienced considerable development in parts of Europe over the past 30 years. The economic importance of timber construction and its social recognition have increased. The foundations for this are well-organised companies, the constant development of qualitative and technological standards, and a high level of training for employees. In order to make the qualifications in vocational training in timber construction in Europe visible and comparable, a partner consortium from six European countries has joined forces. Together they initiated the project for the "Development of a European Qualifications Framework in Timber Construction (EQF-Timber)". The implementation was scheduled for the period from January 2020 to August 2022.
The aim of the EQF-Timber is to present vocational education and training and its content in European countries more transparently and thus make it more comparable. This helps carpenters in their job search and companies in their search for employees in Europe.
Symposium in Cologne: First results of the EQF Timber presented
At the expert conference on EQF-Timber during the DACH+HOLZ International trade fair in Cologne in July 2022, the VET landscape in European timber construction, the development prospects of Europe-wide VET and the prospects for bilateral and multilateral cooperation projects based on EQF-Timber were discussed. In addition, the partner organisations presented initial results on the development of a European Qualifications Framework in Timber Construction (EQF-Timber).
The partner organisations involved in the project reported on practical examples of the usability of the EQF-Timber for educational work. At the same time, the organisers solicited further companies, educational institutions and associations in the European timber construction sector to deepen the exchange among each other on a European level and to further expand the EQF-Timber.

Des exemples d'application du cadre européen des certifications présentés
La construction en bois a connu un développement considérable dans certaines parties de l'Europe au cours des 30 dernières années. L'importance économique de la construction en bois et sa reconnaissance sociale se sont accrues. Les bases de cette évolution sont des entreprises bien organisées, le développement constant des normes qualitatives et technologiques ainsi qu'un niveau de formation élevé des collaborateurs. Afin de rendre visibles et comparables les qualifications dans la formation professionnelle de la construction en bois en Europe, un consortium de partenaires de six pays européens s'est réuni. Ensemble, ils ont initié le projet de "développement d'un cadre européen des qualifications dans la construction en bois (EQF-Timber)". La mise en œuvre était prévue pour la période allant de janvier 2020 à août 2022.
L'objectif du EQF-Timber est de présenter de manière plus transparente la formation professionnelle et ses contenus dans les pays européens et de les rendre ainsi plus facilement comparables.
