EU-Projekt Level(s): Nachhaltigkeitsbewertungssystem für Gebäude
Kostenlose Open-Source-Software (dt./engl.)
Level(s) ist ein Bewertungs- und Berichtsrahmen, der darauf ausgelegt ist, einheitliche Bewertungsmethoden und Berichtssysteme für die Nachhaltigkeitsleistung von Gebäuden zu schaffen. Dabei werden Basisindikatoren zur Nachhaltigkeit verwendet, die im und vom Bausektor getestet werden, um CO2, Materialien, Wasser, Gesundheit und Wohlbefinden sowie Klimawandelfolgen unter Berücksichtigung von Lebenszykluskosten und Wertermittlungen zu bemessen. Level(s) unterstützt damit den Nutzer dabei, die Nachhaltigkeitsleistung von Gebäuden über den gesamten Lebenszyklus, vom Entwurf bis zum Lebensende, zu verbessern.
Aufbauend auf den Zielen des Green Deals der EU und des Aktionsplans der EU für die Kreislaufwirtschaft unterstützt Level(s) die Bemühungen des Bausektors, die Energie- und Materialeffizienz zu steigern und dadurch den allgemeinen CO2-Ausstoß zu reduzieren
Das Programm ist in drei Bereiche unterteilt:
- Ressourcennutzung und Umweltleistung im gesamten Lebenszyklus eines Gebäudes
- Gesundheit und Wohlbefinden
- Kosten, Werte und Risiken

EU project Level(s): Sustainability rating system for buildings / Free open source software
Level(s) is an assessment and reporting framework designed to create consistent assessment methods and reporting systems for the sustainability performance of buildings. It uses baseline sustainability indicators tested in and by the building sector to measure CO2, materials, water, health and well-being, and climate change impacts, taking into account life cycle costs and value assessments. Level(s) thus helps users improve the sustainability performance of buildings throughout their life cycle, from design to end of life.
Building on the goals of the EU's Green Deal and the EU's Circular Economy Action Plan, Level(s) supports the building sector's efforts to increase energy and material efficiency and thereby reduce overall CO2 emissions
The program is divided into three areas:
- Resource use and environmental performance throughout a building's life cycle
- Health and well-being
- Costs, values and risks
